AAA Hybrid by HiWay (Supreme Cannabis) packaged on September 15, 2020, cost $74.95 for 14 grams came with 17.27% THC and a strong spicy gassy floral lemongrass?  Our test amount was 0.26 grams.

The “high” starts with euphoric rising, a sense of anticipation and cerebral awakening.  On cue at the ten minute mark, the “high” shifts gear and goes up another notch.  Somewhere between the ten to fifteen minute mark, time dilation and memory shutdown came on suddenly to disconnect us from this world delivering a pleasant state of cerebral cocooning.  At the half hour mark, we were baked with a nice warm glow.

While we were satisfied with the “high,” delivering euphoria, joy, cerebral stimulation and smooth energy, the intensity could have been stronger.  The drop in intensity after 45 minutes was noticeable when the effects began to ebb away.  Our take away was “This was stronger than we expected but we wanted more.”

On the shopping review run, AAA Hybrid made the shopping trip very pleasant without inducing any panic attacks like our last review.  For the price, we get a medium intensity functional “high” with all the toppings like creativity, happiness and calmness.  AAA Hybrid delivers a “high” that just works.

Activity pairing is best for the later part of the day.  AAA Hybrid delivers a “high” similar to a hybrid strain like Blue Dream, White Widow or some Cheese strains making it perfect for “Me” time, or just chilling.   We would use AAA Hybrid for those non special occasions where we just want some extra reality modulation.

AAA Hybrid by HiWay is Supreme Cannabis value Brand delivered a fresh sweet scented product with decent taste and middle of the road intensity.  Comparing AAA Hybrid to the other value offerings, this is a bit stronger than Re-Up and B!ngo but weaker than Grasslands, TWD and Daily Specials, in our humble opinion.   In terms of taste and scent, AAA Hybrid is better than all of the lower value brands with the exception of Rotterdam by Highly Dutch (TGOD).

Would we buy this again?  Maybe.  The bottom basement of the cannabis market segment is too competitive with potent strains at rock bottom prices sold by desperate LPs trying to survive.  We think, however, consumers at this price range wants that one trick pony delivering one cannabis expression with full force, which is typically euphoria.  AAA Hybrid, however, can appeal to cannabis consumer who enjoy smooth good tasting cannabis with a fuller bodied “high.”
