Strain Integrity

According to Leafly, ” Bred by British Columbia Seed Company, White Lightning is an indica-dominant hybrid that combines White Widow and Northern Lights #5. Though counterbalanced by White Widow’s hybrid genetics, White Lightning induces a deep indica calm that relieves pain, nausea, and anxiety. Dusted in a heavy coat of sugary trichome crystals, White Lightning has a sweet, fruity aroma with floral, skunky undertones. Among the most common conditions treated with White Lightning are multiple sclerosis, insomnia, anorexia, Parkinson’s, and the side effects of chemotherapy. White Lightning flowers in 8 weeks, and grows best in hydroponic systems and sea of green environments.

From the OCS website, ” White Lightning has a powerful fragrance with flavors of earth, gas, and spice. The dried indica buds have both light and dark green leaves and flowers with pronounced orange hairs. It has a powerful fragrance with flavors of earth, gas, and spice.

Note:  It’s a shame given the energy and resources spent to deliver an amazing product like White Lighting and all we can come up with are three lines to describe the product?  Highland Grow, we know you can do better.

Northern Lights Reincarnated

White Lighting by Highland Grow packaged on January 26, 2021, cost $49.95 for 3.5 grams came with 27.3% THC and a sweet earthy piney scent.  Our test amount was 0.26 grams.

The “high” starts with a reawakening of our sense by feeling “Straighter” than “Straight,” for a brief moment.  Without warning as we were inhaling, the “high” takes off just like consuming Hash, or a distillate.  A euphoric tsunami crashed over us for 20 minutes before subsiding.  This is “White Lighting.”

The intensity of White Lighting’s “High” is similar to the intensity of an Edible session, which is typically overpowering.  The “high” is an intense mind melting Sativa like clear creative focus with strong audio and hallucinogenic effects.  White Lighting gave us that psychedelic LSD like experience exactly as we remembered Northern Lights #5.   We think everyone should try this so we can all be on the same page.

This is one of a handful of times we see a true 27.3% THC strain, a dense cannabis flower.  While not sticky and oily, the 0.26 grams crushed into barely a pinner joint. White Lighting burns slowly and the “Taste” remains to the end.  The effects speak for themselves.  The White Lighting “high” last a solid 3 hours with another hour of chill vibes.

Activity pairing are for those special moments where we need a psychedelic transformation.  White Lighting is a destination in itself.  The vibrant heavy clear creative focus lends itself to gregarious socialising turning the environment into an Alice in Wonderland.
