A Value Wake & Bake

Platinum Cookies by Palmetto (Sundial Cannabis) packaged on August 5th, 2021, cost $22.95 for 3.5 grams with 20.0% THC and a citrusy floral scent.  Out test amount was 0.26 grams.

The “high” starts with an increase in wakefulness and joyfulness.  Euphoria begins after inhalation ends with a slight buzzing and we can feel time being compromised.  A quick 10 minutes into the “high,” Platinum Cookies by Palmetto unfolds with joyful euphoric sense of awareness enriched with vibrant creativity.  Not overpowering, this “high” does deliver a full range of expressions to enjoy in a timeless space.

At $22.95 for 3.5 grams, this Platinum Cookies delivered a decent Wake & Bake “high” and suitably entertaining for the first hour.  The second hour was a tone down version of the first hour.  We apologise for this uninspiring review.  We blame it on the strain.

Activity pairing is best as a coffee replacement with a euphoric topping.  Platinum Cookies also performed well as an energy pickup in late evening sessions.

Platinum Cookies by Palmetto (Sundial Cannabis)

At every price point, Canadians can find a good “high.”  Platinum Cookies by Palmetto is a perfect example of good affordable cannabis in Canada.  Are there cheaper and better cannabis?  Absolutely, yes.

Would we buy this again?  No.  We have a lot of Bandwagon Blue Dream that is cheaper, hits harder and more enjoyable.  Palmetto, a Sundial Brand, delivered what we expected.  But, the market is now flooded with better and cheaper Weed.

On an investment note, Sundial is now trying to be something more than a cannabis cultivator.   Sundial is now a Cannabis Investment Portfolio manager.  Unbridled greed in cannabis economic have ended up badly.  Cannabis thrives in a grassroot economics environment.  Go Micro.  Small is beautiful.
