While this Animal Face Cookies does not rise above the competition, Paper Craft Co.’s Truffle Fuel under Carmel Billy Pheno does deliver the “high” that stands above the competition to justify its premium pricing.

On an investment note, Paper Craft Co. is an Alberta based craft grower with products sold under Carmel’s Billy Pheno and Wink brands.  Under their own Name brand, Paper Craft Co. is a few dollars cheaper.   For a small Quality producer, premium pricing may be a viable and sustainable strategy.
