Strain Integrity

From the OCS, ” An indulgent slice of sativa, rich with fruity, berry and citrus aromas and high THC. Broken Coast blessed us with this exclusive genetic, so rest assured it’s as nice as pie with the dominant caryophyllene, linalool and limonene terpenes. The splendidly round and dense buds are bright green like a key lime pie and have a generous dusting of trichomes that’d make powdered sugar jealous. ”

Fuel to get things done

Pie in the Sky by Good Supply packaged on April 30, 2024, cost $31.18 for 7 grams with 21.9% THC and a scent of Lime Pledge.  Our test amount was 0.26 gram.

With a lime flavoured inhalation session, the “high” starts with a subtle shift to a mild euphoric view of the World.  Over the first 15 minutes, Pie in the Sky’s cerebral effects increased with creative distractions to supersize the Moments.  The Mind is Free to Wander in a World where everything is Possible.   This is Pie In The Sky!

In the great outdoors, Pie In The Sky started with a clear wakeful euphoric and cerebral “high” feeling psychedelic with our Senses hyper tuned to environmental sound and sight.  And, Time just Flies.  This Pie In the Sky is fuel to get things done with a Smile.

Activity pairing is best as a SuperNatural boost to Life anywhere, anytime.  Pie in the Sky is a wide awake cerebral euphoric “high” that can deliver an engaging productivity experience.  This is a Sativa profile to try.

Conclusion

Pie In The Sky by Good Supply (Tilray/Aphria)

This review was motivated by Pie In the Sky’s vibrant cerebral Sativa “high.”  Pie In The Sky by Good Supply is a good approximation of Broken Coast’s Denman (Pie In the Sky) one of our favourite Sativa.  (For reference, to adjust older review ratings from 2019 to 2022, please add +1 to the older ratings.)  This is a cheaper version of Denman.

THC:  21.9%

Quality: 8.9

Intensity: 8.7

Duration: 8.5

Total:  8.7

Cost: $31.18 for 7 grams

Would we buy this again?  Yes, this is an excellent price and effects proposition.  Cheap buzz.  Alternative options include Sweet Notes by Parcel, Chemsicle by Tweed, or Black Jelly by San Rafael ’71.  These are all strong Sativa hybrids.

On an investment note, Tilray/Aphria has done a great job of leveraging the Broken Coast’s Premium genetics to the Value segment of the market.  Demand for cannabis from Germany legalisation is already having an impact on Canadian cannabis supply.  With the 2024 US election, global legal cannabis is just around the corner.  The economics of Cannabis is about to improve.
