The “high” starts with a hazy blissful feeling.  Over the first 15 minutes, this Blue Dream #16 delivers a hazy blissful euphoric “high” and a growing sedative effect.  While the effects are strong, this is not what is expected from a Blue Dream, which is a clear uplifting cerebral boost and a blissful dreamy vibe.
