On an investment note, for Victoria Cannabis Company getting into the General Availability under their own Brand at the OCS is difficult.  In our conversations with many LPs, it appears that the OCS does not like products with lower THC percentages.  The OCS will reject low THC percentages flowers.   Is this true?  We are, however, a bit suspicious of anything over 30% THC like this one.
