From the OCS, ” Discover East Coast Terpz, whole flower where aromas and craftsmanship unite. ”

Purchased from a Real Drug Dealer:  The Green Closet

expectations were “higher”

Imperial Funk (GMO x First Class) by East Coast Terpz (Imperial Gro Corp) packaged on November 28, 2025, cost $36.15 for 3.5 grams with 26.2% THC 2.90% Total Terpenes and a dry earthy herb scent.  Our test amount was 0.26 gram.

The “high” starts with a shift in awareness to a Euphoric lens in seeing the World.   Over the first 15 minutes, Imperial Funk unfolds with cerebral bliss and surging joy and energy to explore.  In the second hour, the “high” feels more sedating and blissful.

In the great outdoors, Imperial Funk started with a euphoric cerebral awakening to boost awareness.  Over the first hour, Imperial Funk delivered an increasingly euphoric cerebral “high” for a Walk and Bake session.  An hour disappears with the snap of the fingers.  In the second hour, the “high” becomes more sedating as expected.

Activity pairing is best in the latter part of the day to Boost energy and motivation.  Imperial Funk is a hybrid Sativa with a balanced “high” that is both euphoric and blissful in equal amount for an enjoyable Wake & Bake session.

Conclusion

Imperial Funk (GMO x First Class) by East Coast Terpz (Imperial Gro Corp.)

Imperial Funk (GMO X First Class) is a hybrid Sativa by East Coast Terpz (Imperial Grow Corp.) with hints of garlic scent when busted up delivering a Wake & Bake “high.”  For the price of $10 a gram, the Flowers are a bit dry and harsh, which made the consumption experience unremarkable.   The expectations were “higher.”

THC:  26.28%

Total Terpenes: 2.90%

Quality: 8.8

Intensity: 9.0

Duration: 8.8

Total:  8.87

Cost: $36.15 for 3.5 grams

Would we buy this again?  No.  Omitting a humidity pack and being on the shelves for 8 months results in a less than optimal experience.  While the “high” is OK, there are fresher and more potent Flowers at lower prices.  Our advice to Imperial Gro Corp. is to try the Value competitors’ products from Low Key, BC Smalls, or the Corner Boys and rethink your Quality and Price offering.
