TakeoverTO x Always Carnival presents Toke & Flow — a guided rooftop mobility flow class led by Jay Agustin, designed to help you move, stretch, release tension, and connect with your body in a relaxed outdoor setting.

This isn’t your typical fitness class. Expect smooth movement, good energy, and a welcoming community atmosphere as we flow together above the city.

Bring your own cannabis products
Participants will have the option to smoke or vape during the class while moving through the experience.

Please note: no gummies or edible cannabis products permitted.

Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, unwind after a busy week, or experience wellness in a new way — come through, connect, and flow with the community.

• Yoga mat (if you have one)

• Comfortable clothing you can move in
